There is no permanent free plan — but early access members lock in pre-launch pricing and get dedicated setup support when Canopy launches. Join the early access list to secure your spot.
No setup fees on any plan. Seed and Grow include self-serve setup guides and guided onboarding calls respectively. Scale includes white-glove data migration where Canopy's team imports your historical supplier data, cost prices and open purchase orders for you.
Yes. Canopy is month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time after launch.
Canopy will notify you when you're approaching your plan's SKU limit and prompt you to upgrade. You won't be automatically charged or cut off — but some features may be restricted for SKUs over the limit until you upgrade. Upgrading takes one click from your account settings.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the month. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
Annual billing is available and saves you two months compared to paying monthly. Contact the team to discuss annual billing options.
